Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Little Boo Stories, we aim to provide clear and fair guidelines regarding refunds for our classes, parties, workshops, Events and camps.

1. Classes

  • Payment: Classes can be paid weekly, in blocks, or termly via Happity or invoice.

  • Refunds:

    • Payment is considered acceptance of our Terms.

    • No refunds are provided for missed individual classes unless there are exceptional circumstances agreed in writing.

    • Termly/advance payments are non-refundable except in exceptional cases.

 
2. Birthday Parties

  • Booking: A booking is confirmed once we email acceptance.

  • Deposit & Payment:

    • 50% deposit must be paid within 7 days of booking.

    • Remaining balance is due 1 week before the party.

  • Cancellation Refunds:

    • Cancel up to 48 hours before the party: 50% of fees retained

    • Cancel less than 48 hours before the party: 100% of fees retained

  • If we cancel a party, we will offer a full refund of any fees paid or provide an alternative party provider where possible.

 
3. Camps & Workshops (e.g., Summer School)

  • Payment: Full payment is required at booking; instalments may be arranged in advance.

  • Missed Sessions: No refunds for missed sessions.

  • Cancellation Refunds:

    • ≥21 days notice: 50% refund + 50% account credit usable for a holiday workshop

    • ≥7 days notice: 50% account credit usable for a holiday workshop (remaining 50% forfeited)

    • <7 days notice: fees are forfeited unless medical evidence is provided, in which case a 100% account credit will be issued for a future holiday course

 
4. Special Circumstances

  • Refunds or credits may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Little Boo Stories, such as serious illness or emergency.

 
5. How to Request a Refund

Refunds or account credits will be processed within 14 working days of approval.

 
6. Important Notes

  • All refunds are issued in the same form as the original payment unless otherwise agreed.

  • Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.

  • Little Boo Stories reserves the right to update this Refund Policy; the latest version is available on www.littleboostories.com.
