2. Privacy

  • Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

  • Data is used only for running classes safely and communicating with parents/guardians.

  • You can access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time.

 
3. Classes – Fees & Payment

  • Single child: £10 per class

  • Sibling: £6 per class

  • Termly/advance payment: £9 per class

  • Payment via Happity or invoice constitutes acceptance of Terms.

 
4. Birthday Parties and Events 

  • Booking confirmed via email forms a contract.

  • Deposit: 50% within 7 days; balance due 1 week before party.

  • Cancellation:

    • Up to 48 hours before: 50% of fees

    • Less than 48 hours: 100% of fees

  • We provide the entertainer only; venue, invitations, and food are your responsibility.

  • We may cancel for staffing issues, non-payment, or pricing errors; full refund or alternative offered.

 
5. Camps & Workshops

  • Full payment required at booking; late payment may result in cancellation.

  • Missed sessions: No refunds.

  • Cancellations:

    • ≥21 days notice: 50% refund + 50% account credit for holiday workshops

    • ≥7 days notice: 50% account credit (50% forfeited)

    • <7 days notice: fees forfeited unless medical evidence is provided, then 100% holiday course credit

 
6. Parent / Guardian Responsibilities

  • Child and accompanying adult must not have contagious illness or injuries.

  • Accompanying adult is responsible for the child at all times.

  • Siblings may attend only if supervised and not participating.

  • Lost property and valuables are the parent/guardian’s responsibility.

  • Parents indemnify Little Boo Stories against losses arising from actions or omissions by themselves or their child.

 
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • No guarantee of specific results from attendance.

  • Little Boo Stories is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury except for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

  • Liability is limited to fees paid for the affected class, party, or workshop.

  • Not responsible for venue issues, incorrect location info, or undisclosed special needs.

 
8. Website Information

  • Content on www.littleboostories.com is provided “as is.”

  • We are not liable for errors, omissions, or inability to use website content.

  • Information may be updated without notice.

 
9. Changes to Terms

  • Terms may be updated at any time; the latest version is always on the website.

 
10. Disputes

  • Contact us first to resolve issues:

  • English law applies; UK courts in your area have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

 
11. Other Legal Points

  • Contract is only between parent/guardian and Little Boo Stories.

  • Each paragraph is separate; unenforceable parts do not affect the rest.

  • Delay in enforcement does not waive our rights.
