These are the Terms and conditions on which we provide our services to you.
Please read these terms carefully before you attend our classes or book a party, workshop or camp. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide our services to you, how you and we may change or end the contract and other important information.

We provide weekly interactive story and sensory classes and online classes for children under 5.
Baby Boo class is for 6 months up to 18 months and our Mini Boo class is for toddlers 18 months - 5 years We also provide Little Boo Theatre classes for 3 to 5 years old. Little boo parties and Workshops/ camps for children aged 3-6 years.

Your privacy and personal information are important to us. Any personal information that you provide to us will be dealt with in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal information we collect from you, how and why we collect, store, use and share such information, your rights in relation to your personal information and how to contact us and supervisory authorities if you have a query or complaint about the use of your personal information.
Class Fees and Payment, Cancellation and payment
Our Classes can be paid for weekly, in blocks or termly. Payment is made by via Happity. or through invoice These Terms shall be deemed to have been accepted by you upon payment of the
Fees.
The Fees for the Classes are as follows:
Single child Class Fee: £10 Sibling Class Fee: £5
If you pay in advance for the Classes over the term, there is a discount each class to be charged at £9
All of our prices include standard rate VAT where applicable.
Little Boo Birthday Fees, Payment, Cancellation and Refunds
You may book a Little Boo Birthday in writing by email. Our acceptance of your booking will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
We will let you know the Little Boo Birthday Fees to the fullest extent we can when we accept your booking. The deposit of 50% must be paid in full within 7 days of booking the Little Boo Birthday and the remainder paid 1 week before the date of the birthday.
We may contact you to say that we do not accept or cancel your booking. If we do this, we will try to tell you promptly why we do not accept your order. This is typically for the following reasons:
· we cannot carry out the services (this may be because, for example, we have a shortage of staff);
· we have not received payment of Fees within 7 days of booking;
· there has been a mistake on the pricing or description of services (or both).
You can cancel your booking within 14 days after your booking has been accepted. You must inform us of your decision to cancel your booking by sending an email to littlebootheatre@gmail.com
The following charges apply if you cancel:
·Up to 48 hours before the booking date – 50% of the Fees
· 48 hours before the booking date - 100% of the Fees
We reserve the right to cancel your booking, in which case we will notify you as soon as possible. If we cancel the booking, we will use our best endeavours to offer [an alternative party provider or] a full refund of the Fees which you have already paid in relation to the cancelled booking.
Please note that with Little Boo Stories Parties we provide an experienced entertainer but we do not organise the whole event. It is your responsibility to provide suitable venue, send out the invites and organise the food and refreshments.
Create and Make Camps and Workshops
1. PAYMENT
1.1 The cost of the Summer School and valid methods of payment are available on our website.
1.2 The full cost of the Summer School, including agreed discounts, must be paid at the time of booking the Summer School.
If you would like to pay in instalments, please contact us on the details below to arrange
1.3 If full payment is not received one week before the start of the Summer School, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
2. MISSED SESSIONS
2.1 No refunds are available for missed sessions/day during the Summer School under any circumstances.
3. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel the Summer School the following will apply, subject to the relevant notice periods:
3.1 If you cancel the Summer School with 21 days notice or more you are entitled to a 50% refund and a 50% account credit which can be used towards a holiday workshop only
3.2 If you cancel the Summer School with 7 days notice or more you are entitled to a 50% holiday workshop account credit which can be used towards a holiday workshop only. The remaining 50% will be forfeited.
3.3 If you cancel the Summer School with less than 7 days notice the cost will be forfeited unless evidence is given of a medical reason, in which case a 100% holiday course account credit will be issued.
Parent's Responsibility You warrant and represent that when attending the Class, workshops and camps neither the child nor you/ the Accompanying Adult will be suffering from any contagious illness, disease, injury or anything similar thereto.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any condition that could affect your child’s capabilities during Classes.
You acknowledge and agree that the child shall be deemed to be under the direction, care and control of the Accompanying Adult throughout the Class or the Little Boo Party and the Accompanying Adult shall be responsible for the welfare and conduct of the child throughout the Class or the Little Boo Party.
You shall indemnify us and keep us indemnified against all loss (including loss of profit), liability, costs and expenses which we shall incur directly or indirectly as a consequence of any of your action or omission, or any action of omission of the Accompanying Adult or the child.
Accompanying Adult should stay within easy sight and reach of the child at all times.
You are allowed to bring siblings of the child to the Class as long as long as they do not get involved in the Class (unless the sibling also en rolls into the Class). The sibling is the responsibility of the Accompanying Adult at all times. If the sibling needs attention that requires the Accompanying Adult to leave the Class, the child attending the Class must accompany the Accompanying Adult and must not be left with the class leader.
Lost Property & Valuables
You are responsible for your own property, including valuables, before, during and after the Class and Little Boo Party.
Disclaimer
We do not make any guarantee to you that your child will obtain a particular result from attendance of any of the Classes.
Limitation of Liability We, our employees, contractors or agents accept no responsibility under any circumstances for any loss (consequential or otherwise), damage, expense or delay suffered or incurred by you, the child or any other party arising directly or indirectly or in any way connected with the attendance of the child at the Class or the Little Boo Party (or any part of it) or any other act or omission on our part or any of our employees, contractors or agents.
As we have no control over the venue or environment of Little Boo Party activities, we accept no responsibility for problems relating to:
a) The space for the Little Boo Party activities not being of a sufficient size;
b) The ratio of children to party leader being too large (we suggest a maximum of 15 to 1 in adventure parties and 20 in interactive stories );
c) Inadequate control of the Little Boo Party because of disturbing activities, e.g. parents talking when sharing the same space as the children;
d) Failure to provide accurate details on location or the address of the party venue; or
e) Failure to inform us of any special issues in advance.
All warranties and conditions whether implied by statute or otherwise are excluded from this contract provided that nothing in this contract shall restrict or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or affects the statutory rights of the Parent or the child.
Our total liability arising from or in connection with these Terms and in relation to anything which we may have done or omitted to do in connection with these Terms and the delivery of the Classes or the Little Boo Parties shall be limited to the Fees received by us for the Class or the Little Boo Party in relation to which a dispute has arisen.

We have used all reasonable endeavours to ensure that information provided through this website is accurate at the time of inclusion, however we accept no liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions on this website. 1. the Class or Little Boo Party;
2. our service to you generally; or
3. any other matter,

If you wish to pursue court proceedings, the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live will have non-exclusive jurisdiction in relation to these Terms.
Other important terms
This contract is between you (the Parent) and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms. Neither of us will need to get the agreement of any other person in order to end the contract or make any changes to these Terms.
Each of the paragraphs of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these Terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking these Terms, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date.
These Terms are governed by English law and the English courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction in respect of the disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

How does Little Boo Stories collect and use my information?
When you register for classes with Little Boo Stories, we collect contact information such as guardian names, addresses, phone numbers, emergency contacts, e-mail address, and student information such as student names, birthdays, medical conditions.
All this information is required in order for us to run the classes safely.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful basis we rely on for processing this information are:
• Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting littlebootheatre@gmail.com You can also unsubscribe from our mailing list at any point using the “unsubscribe” button.
How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored in password protected digital files, only accessed by Little Boo Stories staff, all of whom hold up-to-date enhanced DBS checks.
Who has access to my information?
When you register both for classes and sign up to the newsletter, Little Boo Stories personnel have access to your personal information only to manage the classes and update you with any information related to your classes.
We will access your personal information and/or share it with third parties only for the following purposes:
(i) as needed for the classes business;
(ii) if required to do so by law or to comply with legal process; or
(iii) to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the public.
You can contact us to:
• Ask for a copy or list of the personal data about you that we hold or process.
• Request that we make a correction to the personal data for you we hold or process.
• Inform us that you want your personal data erased. This excludes any data that we are required to keep by law.
• Withdraw consent. Whenever you have given us your consent to use your personal data, you have the right to change your mind at any time and withdraw that consent.
